New Neighbors

Are you a new or soon-to-be new Blackpool home or lot owner? Welcome to our community! The Blackpool HOA is eager to help your transition into your new home and neighborhood...and to connect with you once you become our neighbor and HOA member.

 

Blackpool HOA Website Registration: After you close on your property, you are eligible to register for the Blackpool Community Website. Just send an email to admin@blackpoolhoa.org. Once you're registered, you will have access to the Member Only content on this site.  You also will be added to the community email list to help you stay connected to relevant notices and developments in our community.

 

Planning New Construction or Major Alteration to an Existing Home? It is essential that you review and address all relevant terms and conditions of our community Covenants and associated architectural review and approval requirements.  If you do not already have the Covenants and Architectural Review Committee guidelines and application form, you can request them through the Contact Us page of this website.  Once you are a registered home or lot owner, you also can access them on the Member-only section of the website.
