2.  Let your Realtor know that they must use a specific type of For Sale sign. The requirements are detailed in the Blackpool HOA Covenants. Failure to use the proper signage is a finable offense so be sure your Realtor follows the guidelines.
 
3.  Upon selling and settlement, please provide us with the buyer's contact information so we can update our records and avoid sending you dues notices and other no-longer relevant communications.
